Mr. Peter Petersen concluded a 40 year engineering career in Research and Development at Honeywell International in 2001. At Honeywell he was responsible for the operations of the Pressure Research Center and the HIgh Pressure Lab within the company's corporate Research & Technology division in Morristown, NJ. He is the Managing Partner for T&P Enterprises, an international real estate development company with locations in Switzerland and the United States. In addition, he is the Managing Partner of "Mainely Wired Waldo", a division of "Mainely Wired". The company delivers high speed broadband to underserved rural communities using state of the art wireless technology. Mr. Petersen is the holder of 4 US and 2 European patents.

Mr. Tristan Petersen has successfully designed, developed, and managed many computer systems, software systems, and hardware systems while working for NDTech and, more recently, Cambist Exchange Services. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, with a minor in Mechanical Engineering. He is responsible for the design and development of WontonGold, GoldBarter, and MerchantGold. He is extremely interested in applying technology to protect and secure business ventures from political, financial, and operational risks.

Mrs. Katrina Van Overbeke brings to Gold Barter Holdings a host of experiences in both the US and International Markets. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine and continues her education on an on-going basis. Previously, as the International Sales Manager for a growing $40 million company, she gained a wide range of experience with international companies and business practices around the world. Her experience with the online marketing aspects of both large and small companies allows her to expertly focus on the needs of online business development. She currently serves as the General Manager and Interim CFO of Gold Barter Holdings and as a Strategic Partnership Manager for the AdFusion division of ARA Content (http://www.aracontent.com/ara_index.cfm).

Mr. Todd Lipcon is a highly qualified and experienced programmer. He is the Lead Developer for GoldBarter, a subsidiary of Gold Barter Holdings. Additionally, he handles the administration of the company's servers and services. He has consulting experience on MacOS and Unix platforms writing custom applications in Perl, Java, JavaScript, C++, and Objective C. Todd is also an active theatrical lighting and sound designer, and has written custom applications and plug-ins for lighting and sound. Todd is currently attending Brown University, pursuing an Sc.B in Computer Engineering with an emphasis on Multimedia Digital Signal Processing.
