Gold Barter Holdings pays out second dividend!

26 April 2005

Gold Barter Holdings proudly announces its second dividend payment today, 26 April 2005. The dividend payment was 0.002589 g/share and covers our Q2 performance for FY 2005. Gold Barter Holdings is on track to issue dividends for Q3 and Q4 of FY 2005.

In order to allay a few of your concerns, the dividend payment was a slightly bit late this quarter because Pecunix was in very high demand and there was no supply of it to be had. The PVCSE only accepts Pecunix for all monetary functions, and most of our money reserved for the dividend was set aside in 1mdc. We did not want to pay huge premiums in order to convert from 1mdc to Pecunix. In order to maximize the dividend value for all shareholders, we waited until a better opportunity arose. Recently, were able to obtain Pecunix for a smaller premium above spot then we had been looking for.

In any event, we were only able to obtain about 1,473g for the Q2 dividend, which resulted in a slightly lower dividend payout then we were anticipating compared to last quarter. However, as the dividend has already been delayed nearly a month, we felt it was better to issue a smaller dividend this quarter, and make up for it next quarter rather then continue to delay while searching for more funds. We hope this course of action satisfies you, the shareholder. Please let me know if it doesn't.
